Japheth Alande is an experienced HR Expert for over 12 years.

Alande Holds Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from JKUAT, Bachelor of Business Management from Moi University, Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Institute of Management.

Alande is also a Certified Secretary (CS) Kasneb, Certified Professional Mediator (CPM), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and also a Senior Professional in Human Resources Professional ( SPHRi) and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from University of Nairobi (UoN).

Alande is currently a manager at the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) in charge of Performance Management and has previously worked with Kenblest Group, West Kenya Sugar Company, Bamburi Cement, Pwani Oil Products, Palmland Pharmaceuticals Limited.
