Selina is a visionary leader who is self-motivated and goal-oriented with over 30 years of working experience, 20 of which she has been in senior level positions in Human Resource Management, Leadership, Administration & Marketing in various sectors among them the Public Service, Education and Health. She is a team player with high interpersonal and communications skills.

Selina is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management where she once served as a Council Member. She serves in various Boards. She has done several publications touching on women & entrepreneurship.
